Andreya Shaak

Andreya Shaak is Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at VertexOne, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of the company's product portfolio. She is responsible for aligning product innovation with the evolving needs of the market, ensuring solutions support operational efficiency, regulatory demands, and modern customer experience expectations. Andreya's perspective is shaped by more than 15 years of experience spanning both sides of the energy industry. Early in her career, she built hands-on operational expertise at Eligo Energy and Nordic Energy Services, managing partner relationships, sales, and day-to-day operations in competitive retail energy markets — giving her a deep, ground-level understanding of the challenges utilities and retail energy providers face. She brought that operational insight into the technology side of the industry through her work at ECI and, following its acquisition by VertexOne in 2021, has continued to grow in product leadership. Her areas of expertise include industry strategy, utility operations, customer experience, and digital transformation, with a focus on building scalable solutions that help utilities modernize operations, improve service delivery, and adapt to a rapidly changing energy landscape.
